Order Fulfillment


We reduced staff to it's minimum for now following government recommendations. Please give our team 2-5 business days to get your in-stock items order ready and shipped. You will get a tracking number by email as usual.

Some of our suppliers are closed or don't work at full capacity. We have access to limited production, slowing down the lead time and resulting in slower replenishment of inventory. From the product page, you can leave you email or phone number to receive a restock alert for your chosen product.


Refund, Exchange & Warranty


All requests will be treated as fast as possible. Most requests will have to wait longer than usual, so please be patient.
