Conditions:

We will cover shipping fees for Canadian customers. Exchanges are FREE.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. This will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

All sales of bumper plates, barbells, racks, rigs and strength accessories are final. Those products cannot be exchanged or refunded once they have left the warehouse.

Your product must respect those conditions to be elligible:

• All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.

• Items covered with animal/human air, with a smell like deodorant, laundry detergent or smoke cannot be accepted.

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

• ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE PROMOTION ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.

The more information you give us, the faster we will be able to take care of your request. For example, if you received the wrong color or size, please tell us what you received and what you really need and we'll make sure you are satisfied !
