Refund policy
Our foremost goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that necessitate a return, cancellation, or modification. To facilitate this process, we’ve established the following policy.
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused, with tags

In its original packaging

You must provide your order number and proof of purchase
To start a return, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate and print your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with the exception of shipping errors, damaged items, or defective products.
Unless the return is due to our error:

Any shipping charges incurred to and from the customer are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total

Items returned used, incomplete, or without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for delivery.

If you notice damage, missing parts, or tampered packaging, refuse the shipment

A signature indicates acceptance of the shipment in its delivered condition

Claims made after acceptance may not be eligible for return or refund
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Customers are eligible for a 30-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
To initiate an exchange:

Use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate an RMA

If approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label
Conditions:

Oversize items and freight shipments are subject to return shipping fees

Customers are entitled to one exchange per item with a prepaid label

Any additional exchanges require shipping to be covered by the customer
Purchase Options & Order Cancellations
Order Cancellations (Before Processing or Shipment)
You may cancel an order only before it enters the “Processing” stage.

Once an order enters Processing, it can no longer be canceled
-
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
If eligible, cancellation requests must be submitted through the Online Returns/Exchange Portal.
If approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
If an order cannot be canceled, it may still be returned in accordance with this policy.
Made-to-Order & Custom Products (Final Sale)
Products that are:

Custom-built
-
Made-to-order
-
Finished in custom colors or coatings (Other than black)

Configured specifically to customer selections
are considered Final Sale once production or finishing has begun.
These orders:

Cannot be canceled for a cash or card refund

May be eligible for store credit only, at Iron Bull Strength’s discretion
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Payment details are stored securely

Charges occur per delivery unless paid in advance

Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the links provided in your order confirmation email.
Returns and refunds for subscription orders are governed by this Returns Policy.
Pre-Orders
When purchasing a pre-order, you are buying an item that is not yet in inventory.

We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout

Your payment method may be stored securely

Remaining balances may be charged at fulfillment
Pre-order terms:

A partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled may be canceled

Once fulfilled or shipped, the order may no longer be canceled, but a full or partial refund may be requested per this Returns Policy
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing may take up to 10 business days

Return Window After Approval
Once a return is approved and a shipping label is issued:

You have 14 days to ship the item back

If not shipped within this window, the label is canceled and the return request expires

Expired requests cannot be reused, ore refunded
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Iron Bull Strength directly before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in:

Suspension of future purchasing privileges
