First time using knee sleeves and these are great. Fits nice and snug, and helped with my bad knees when squatting heavy.
Wow, the difference between 5mm and 7mm knee sleeves is incredible. Wearing these 7mm knee sleeves makes it feel like I've never had sore knees before
They are nice and narrow for use on my shorter EZ curl bar where the space for weights is limite.
Those grip collars were Great . They did as was advertised. Once you put them on they didn't let go and they were easy to take off so I could do my quick weight plate changes. I like you products. I may order 2 more. Got to wait for my retirement check. At the end this month.

The belt is great. It looks amazing and it seems really well constructed. I’ve tested it out with some heavy squats and it provided great support and range of motion. No breaking in period with this one. Took a couple of months to receive the belt after ordering, but I’m glad to have it. Good quality.
Shipping took almost a month - after my payment was processed. When it finally arrived, the sizing was off and it was too small. I considered asking for an exchange in size, but after the lengthy shipping process the first time, I’m not sure it’s worth it.
I got these clips thinking they wouldn’t slide off and one of them doesnt stay. It continues to slide off
I purchased these back in early October. I used them 4 to 5 times a week since receiving them. By December they started getting week. One clamp starting loosing its grip. As of today February 13, 2026 they do not work at all. The clamps slide on and off with no bracing. They have zero ability to even stay on the bar. I am giving them a 3 star because they were awesome for 2 months, good for 2 more and then they are junk. If you use them with light weights and only a couple times a week, they may last longer.
Ok, so I originally gave these folks a horrible review for the fact I had thought I was scammed of my money. Apparently there was logistical problems a the carrier was not picking up the shipment, although iron bull had kept trying to assure me I was not scammed I just wasn’t seeing it. After a month of emails back a forth to iron bull frank was fed up with the carrier issue an issued me a full refund and shipped the package with a new carrier. I received my lifting belt like three weeks later after the refund. So with all of that I was at the start not liking my choice with iron bull and then frank from iron bull made it happen in my opinion stood up an made things right so that being said an done I hands down now give them a five star review an will be ordering again from them. So please if you see my first review disregard it those issues where all taking care of by frank at iron bull.
