Choosing a belt comes down to what feels right for your body and how you train.

Leather weight lifting belts are firm and supportive, great for heavy lifts and serious strength work. If you need more flexibility for dynamic training or Olympic lifts, go with a nylon lifting belt or nylon weight lifting belt that moves with you.
