  1. Order confirmation and tracking: Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details. Rest assured, we are working diligently to process your order. Shortly after, you will receive a second email with your tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This way, you can keep an eye on its progress and eagerly anticipate its arrival.
  2. Free shipping: If you are aiming to qualify for free shipping, make sure to check if your purchase meets the required amount of 150$ in total, excluding heavy items. May be subject to change.
  3. Delivery timeframe and damaged orders: We strive to deliver your order within the stated timeframe. However, if you find that your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period or if it arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We kindly request that you notify us no later than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking information. Our dedicated customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.

Missing items in my order:

We’re sorry if there’s an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Support team, we recommend checking the following;

  • Check your shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way" to see if your order is being shipped in separate parcels. This can happen due to stock availability, meaning sometimes items have to be sent from different warehouses. If this does happen, you may receive another email titled “Some items in your order are on the way,” containing further information, and the remainder of the items in your order will arrive shortly afterward.
  • The item(s) missing may have been out of stock - it’s worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.

How to find & track your Iron Bull Strength orders:

Once your Iron Bull Strength order is on its way, you will receive an email notification titled 'Your Order is on the way' with a tracking link. Additionally, you can easily track your order by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Iron Bull Strength Account: If you already have an Iron Bull Strength account, log in using your credentials.
  2. Select the Order: If your order has been fulfilled, select the specific order you want to track.
  3. Check the Order Fulfillment Status: Once logged in, navigate to the order history section to find the status of your order.
  4. Access the Tracking Link: Inside the order details, you'll find a tracking link. Click on it to be redirected to the tracking page.

Alternatively, you can use the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email you received.

What to do if your tracking hasn't updated:

Please note that tracking numbers usually update within 48 hours after they are generated. However, there might be additional delays during transit. Here's what you can do if your tracking hasn't updated:

  1. Check for Possible Issues: Review your tracking information to see if there are any indications of delays caused by factors like an incorrect address or customs fees.
  2. Address Verification: If you realize that you've entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please refer to the appropriate section on our website for assistance.
  3. Allow Time for Updates: In most cases, even if the tracking hasn't updated in a few days, there's no need to worry. Your order is likely still in transit. Give it a bit more time for the tracking to reflect the latest information.
  4. Contact Customer Support: If your tracking hasn't been updated for more than six working days or if you have any other concerns, please reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team. They will be more than happy to assist you further.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please note that once you've completed the checkout process and clicked 'Place Order,' we may be unable to modify the following details if the order has already shipped out:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding/removing items to your order
  • Shipping method

Please be aware that there is a limited 15-minute window after placing your order where you can cancel it. To cancel within this timeframe, locate your order number, head over to our return portal, and click the 'Cancel Order' button.

If the 15-minute window has passed, unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order. However, you can initiate a return or exchange once you receive the items. If your order has yet to be shipped, our team may be able to assist you. Contact us immediately for further assistance.

Cancel or modify my order

I think my address is wrong on my order:

If you mistakenly provided an incorrect address during checkout, please keep in mind that we are unable to change the address with the courier once the order has shipped out.

However, there are a few steps you can take to modify your shipping address:

  1. If your order hasn't shipped, please head over to our Return Portal and cancel your order. You'll be able to place a new order with the correct shipping address.
  2. If your order has shipped but the tracking number has yet to be updated, please Contact Us to see if we can intercept the package before it leaves our warehouse.
  3. If your order has shipped and is in movement, you may contact the courier directly to see if updating your delivery address is possible.

Important Note: If you input the incorrect address at checkout, please understand that we cannot be held responsible if the order goes missing or cannot be intercepted. We are not liable to refund or replace such orders.

As such, in cases where incorrect or incomplete information leads to misdelivery or non-delivery, we will not assume liability nor offer replacements for the order. We highly encourage all customers to review their shipping details thoroughly to ensure a smooth delivery process.

I only received part of my order...

Sometimes our 3rd party warehouses ship in multiple boxes, and they might not arrive at the same time. We are working on a way to make sure you are notified with all tracking numbers. Track your order here!

In the meantime, if you receive a box containing only part of your order, please allow the specified number of business days that was mentioned at checkout before contacting us. The rest of your order is most likely on its way!

Where is my package?

Check community mailboxes

For certain residential areas, packages are sometimes delivered to community mailboxes or nearby pickup locations. Take a moment to check these areas before assuming the package is missing.

48-hour rules

Sometimes, delivery updates can be delayed or inaccurate due to various reasons. It's possible that your package is still in transit and will arrive soon. On occasions, carriers missed their deadline but inputted the parcel as delivered by mistake. Give it a little more time before taking further action.

Contact the shipping carrier

If you have exhausted all other options and still cannot find your package, reach out to the shipping carrier. Provide them with your tracking number and explain the situation. They may be able to provide additional information or initiate an investigation.

Modifications to Orders: After the checkout process is completed and you have clicked 'Place Order,' we may not be able to accommodate changes if the order has already been dispatched. This includes:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Modifying the delivery/billing address
  • Adding or removing items from your order
  • Altering the shipping method

Free Shipping Policy: We are delighted to offer free shipping to our domestic customers within the United States and Canada for orders exceeding $150 on select items. Once your exchange is approved, we aim to dispatch the new item shortly. You will receive an email with a new tracking link to keep you updated on the status of your package.

All heavy products such as bumper plates, barbells, racks, rigs, free weights, and strength accessories are final. Those products cannot be exchanged once they have left the warehouse.

All Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Other non-returnable purchases include custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, and gift cards.

Your product must respect the conditions to be eligible:

  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Items covered with animal/human air, with a smell like deodorant, laundry detergent, or smoke cannot be accepted.
  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

Note: If you bought your product on Amazon, another website, or a physical location, you must make the exchange with the respective marketplace.

WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, you must return the Product to Iron Bull Strength in its original container (or equivalent). You must pre-pay any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the Product. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present Iron Bull Strength with proof-of-purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof -of-purchase documents will be cause to void this Warranty. This Warranty does not extend to any Product not purchased from www.IronBullStrength.com directly. This Warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Iron Bull Strength; (c) by modification of the Product. FOR ALL WARRANTIES

*Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding an Iron Bull Strength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

** Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding an Iron Bull Strength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We have found that most problems with bars we replace are related to abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues.

File a warranty claim

Our foremost goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that necessitate a return. To facilitate this process, we've established the following return policy:

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number, the receipt or proof of purchase to submit a return.

To start a return, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate and print your return authorization (RMA).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return merchandise authorization label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent without an RMA label will not be accepted.

With the exception of shipping errors, damages, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, and gift cards.

All shoes returned without a shoe box or with the shipping label affixed to the shoe box will be subject to a $10 fee.

Items returned incomplete, used or without the original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to thoroughly inspect it before finalizing the delivery with the carrier, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must carefully examine the package for any signs of damage, missing components, or any indications of tampering with the packaging. Should you encounter any of these issues, we strongly advise you to decline the shipment.

Please be aware that your signature at the time of delivery serves as confirmation of your acceptance of the package in the condition it has been delivered. It is essential to note that any claims made after your signature has been provided might not be eligible for returns or refunds.


Furthermore, in cases where the packaging appears to be damaged but has been left at your doorstep by the carrier, we kindly request that you document the condition by taking photographs of the compromised packages. These images will be invaluable in assisting us to assess the situation accurately and take appropriate action. Once you have captured the photographs, please send them to us immediately for our review.

Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start an exchange, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate and print your return authorization (RMA).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label and return merchandise authorization label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent without an RMA label will not be accepted.

Oversize items and items shipping freight will be subject to a return shipping cost.

Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.

Once it has entered Processing, the order may not be canceled.

Once it has shipped, the order may not be canceled.

To cancel an order, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate and print your return authorization (RMA).

If your order is eligible to be canceled Iron Bull Strength will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation.

If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage, you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us through our support portal.

Return Window
Upon initiating a return, customers will be provided with a shipping label. From the date of receiving this label, customers have a 14-day window to ship out the item.

If the item is not dispatched using the provided label within this 14-day period, the shipping label will be automatically cancelled and rendered invalid, and the return request will expire, making the item ineligible for a subsequent return using the same request.

Customers are urged to comply with this timeframe to ensure a seamless return process.

Unlike with clothing, the waist size for a weightlifting belt isn't necessarily your pants size. The belt needs to cover your abdominal area and lower back for proper support.

So, your waist, in this context, is usually around your belly button or slightly above it, not your hips, where you typically wear your pants.

Use a flexible measuring tape to take the measurement. Stand up straight and breathe normally. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist at the level of your belly button. Ensure the tape is snug but not tight and that it's parallel to the floor.
