  3. Delivery timeframe and damaged orders: We strive to deliver your order within the stated timeframe. However, if you find that your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period or if it arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We kindly request that you notify us no later than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking information. Our dedicated customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.

We’re sorry if there’s an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Support team, we recommend checking the following;

  • Check your shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way" to see if your order is being shipped in separate parcels. This can happen due to stock availability, meaning sometimes items have to be sent from different warehouses. If this does happen, you may receive another email titled “Some items in your order are on the way,” containing further information, and the remainder of the items in your order will arrive shortly afterward.
  • The item(s) missing may have been out of stock - it’s worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.

What to do if your tracking hasn't updated:

Please note that tracking numbers usually update within 48 hours after they are generated. However, there might be additional delays during transit. Here's what you can do if your tracking hasn't updated:

  1. Check for Possible Issues: Review your tracking information to see if there are any indications of delays caused by factors like an incorrect address or customs fees.
  2. Address Verification: If you realize that you've entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please refer to the appropriate section on our website for assistance.
  3. Allow Time for Updates: In most cases, even if the tracking hasn't updated in a few days, there's no need to worry. Your order is likely still in transit. Give it a bit more time for the tracking to reflect the latest information.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please note that once you've completed the checkout process and clicked 'Place Order,' we may be unable to modify the following details if the order has already shipped out:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address

Please be aware that there is a limited 15-minute window after placing your order where you can cancel it. To cancel within this timeframe, locate your order number, head over to our return portal, and click the 'Cancel Order' button.

Cancel or modify my order

I think my address is wrong on my order:

If you mistakenly provided an incorrect address during checkout, please keep in mind that we are unable to change the address with the courier once the order has shipped out.

However, there are a few steps you can take to modify your shipping address:

  1. If your order hasn't shipped, please head over to our Return Portal and cancel your order. You'll be able to place a new order with the correct shipping address.
  2. If your order has shipped but the tracking number has yet to be updated, please Contact Us to see if we can intercept the package before it leaves our warehouse.
  3. If your order has shipped and is in movement, you may contact the courier directly to see if updating your delivery address is possible.

Important Note: If you input the incorrect address at checkout, please understand that we cannot be held responsible if the order goes missing or cannot be intercepted. We are not liable to refund or replace such orders.

As such, in cases where incorrect or incomplete information leads to misdelivery or non-delivery, we will not assume liability nor offer replacements for the order. We highly encourage all customers to review their shipping details thoroughly to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Sometimes our 3rd party warehouses ship in multiple boxes, and they might not arrive at the same time. We are working on a way to make sure you are notified with all tracking numbers. Track your order here!

Modifications to Orders: After the checkout process is completed and you have clicked 'Place Order,' we may not be able to accommodate changes if the order has already been dispatched. This includes:

To obtain warranty service, you must return the Product to Iron Bull Strength in its original container (or equivalent). You must pre-pay any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the Product. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment. You must present Iron Bull Strength with proof-of-purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof -of-purchase documents will be cause to void this Warranty. This Warranty does not extend to any Product not purchased from www.IronBullStrength.com directly. This Warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Iron Bull Strength; (c) by modification of the Product. *Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding an Iron Bull Strength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

** Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding an Iron Bull Strength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We have found that most problems with bars we replace are related to abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues.

File a warranty claim

Our foremost goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that necessitate a return. To facilitate this process, we've established the following return policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number, the receipt or proof of purchase to submit a return.

To start a return, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate and print your return authorization (RMA).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return merchandise authorization label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent without an RMA label will not be accepted.

With the exception of shipping errors, damages, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, and gift cards.

All shoes returned without a shoe box or with the shipping label affixed to the shoe box will be subject to a $10 fee.

Items returned incomplete, used or without the original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to thoroughly inspect it before finalizing the delivery with the carrier, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must carefully examine the package for any signs of damage, missing components, or any indications of tampering with the packaging. Should you encounter any of these issues, we strongly advise you to decline the shipment.

Please be aware that your signature at the time of delivery serves as confirmation of your acceptance of the package in the condition it has been delivered. It is essential to note that any claims made after your signature has been provided might not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Furthermore, in cases where the packaging appears to be damaged but has been left at your doorstep by the carrier, we kindly request that you document the condition by taking photographs of the compromised packages. These images will be invaluable in assisting us to assess the situation accurately and take appropriate action. Once you have captured the photographs, please send them to us immediately for our review.

We have a 30-day exchange policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start an exchange, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Portal to generate and print your return authorization (RMA).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label and return merchandise authorization label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent without an RMA label will not be accepted.

Oversize items and items shipping freight will be subject to a return shipping cost.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.

If your order is eligible to be canceled Iron Bull Strength will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation.

If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage, you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us through our support portal.

Return Window
Upon initiating a return, customers will be provided with a shipping label. From the date of receiving this label, customers have a 14-day window to ship out the item.

If the item is not dispatched using the provided label within this 14-day period, the shipping label will be automatically cancelled and rendered invalid, and the return request will expire, making the item ineligible for a subsequent return using the same request.

How can I purchase a gift card?

What is the expiration date of my gift card?

Iron Bull Strength gift cards have no expiration date. You can use them whenever you want.
