  2. Free shipping: If you are aiming to qualify for free shipping, make sure to check if your purchase meets the required amount of 150$ in total, excluding heavy items. May be subject to change.
  3. Delivery timeframe and damaged orders: We strive to deliver your order within the stated timeframe. However, if you find that your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period or if it arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We kindly request that you notify us no later than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking information.
