Domestic and International Orders: We ship all domestic orders within the United States via USPS or UPS. For Canada, we work with Canada Post or UPS. For international orders, we utilize UPS or DHL Express services, ensuring a reliable and fast delivery experience.
Shipping Heavy and Large Items: Items of substantial weight or large orders, including but not limited to racks, free weights, and dumbbells, are shipped through freight with our dedicated carrier partners.
Order Confirmation and Tracking: Upon dispatch of your order, we will send a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it travels to you.
Modifications to Orders: After the checkout process is completed and you have clicked 'Place Order,' we may not be able to accommodate changes if the order has already been dispatched. This includes:
- Changing the item or size
- Modifying the delivery/billing address
- Adding or removing items from your order
- Altering the shipping method
We offer a 15-minute window following order placement during which you can cancel your order. To do this, locate your order number, navigate to our return portal, and click the 'Cancel Order' button. Beyond this 15-minute window, we are unable to cancel the order.
However, you are still able to initiate a return or exchange upon receipt of your items. If your order has not yet been shipped, our team may be able to assist. Please contact us immediately for help in such cases.
Incorrect Address Policy: If you have mistakenly entered an incorrect address at checkout, we are unable to modify the address with the courier once the order is on its way. However, you can take the following steps to address this issue:
- If your order has not been shipped, please cancel your order via our Return Portal. You can then place a new order with the correct shipping address.
- If your order has been shipped but the tracking number is not yet updated, please contact us to determine if we can intercept the package before it leaves our warehouse.
- If your order is in transit, you may contact the courier directly to inquire about updating your delivery address.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing or cannot be intercepted due to incorrect addresses. We urge customers to review all shipping details thoroughly before finalizing their order to ensure smooth delivery.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives and appears to be damaged, we urge you NOT to accept the package from the carrier. Instead, refuse the package and contact us immediately so that we can liaise with the courier for resolution. Please note, if a package or freight showing signs of damage is accepted, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items.
Free Shipping Policy: We are delighted to offer free shipping to our domestic customers within the United States and Canada for orders exceeding $150 on select items. Please note, this applies to standard items only. Unfortunately, due to their weight and dimensions, heavy or oversized items such as racks, barbells, plates, dumbbells, and benches are not eligible for free shipping. Items qualifying for free shipping will be clearly marked on our website. We encourage you to take advantage of this offer as you browse our catalog and make your selections.
