    Comfortable and secure

    This is a great belt for pull-ups and dips, much better than my old leather belt and chain seit-up. The belt fits securely and comfortably, and it's easy to position the weight so that it hangs from either the back, front, or side. My old belt would sometimes slip off during a pull-up or dip--not dangerous but kind of startling. Can't see that happening with this belt.
