    Fits my hydra rack.

Pretty great, they rotate on the x and y axis and you can lock in from the bottom so there’s some lift and start at about 45 degrees for deadlifts. You can also lock in on the x axis as welll. I wish they drilled more holes so I could use these as functional trainer arms as I use a pulley system with a cable tower behind my rack with long wires. Oh well, I bought it knowing this.

    Great product*

They check all the boxes, BUUUUT

They are way too short, at only 31 1/4” the leveraged motion is limited due to how short the arm is.

Also, makes it difficult to use the arms as uprights when not in use bc the weight horns would be in the way.

Even at 39 1/4” , it would allow enough room to add bumper plates to a bar while leaving the arms down and weight horn out of the way. Unless you are too short and have to lower the J hooks.

So like I said. 31” is too short. Others are minimum 36” and go all the way up to 48” long.

40-46” seems to be the sweet spot.
