Received your latest Iron Bull Strength gear but encountered an issue? No worries—we're here to assist you!
If you need to exchange your item, we offer a hassle-free process. Simply initiate a return for the unwanted item(s) and select the desired item during the returns process. Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the item you want is temporarily out of stock, you can check our Restocks article for information on how to receive alerts when it becomes available again.
Once your exchange is approved, we aim to dispatch the new item shortly. You will receive an email with a new tracking link to keep you updated on the status of your package.
All heavy products such as bumper plates, barbells, racks, rigs, free weights, and strength accessories are final. Those products cannot be exchanged once they have left the warehouse.
All Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Other non-returnable purchases include custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, and gift cards.
Your product must respect the conditions to be eligible:
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Items covered with animal/human air, with a smell like deodorant, laundry detergent, or smoke cannot be accepted.
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
Note: If you bought your product on Amazon, another website, or a physical location, you must make the exchange with the respective marketplace.
