    Great workout tool

    These are awesome! They give you an extra workout within your workout but for your grip muscles. I also notice different primary muscles being activated when I use them, especially for dumbell fly workouts. The contoured shape makes them easier to hold than my last pair of other branded grips. The only thing I would say negatively is that I'd like the rubber to be a bit firmer, just a little bit, otherwise, very happy with my purchase.
